About Us/Services
SCS Commodities was founded in 1991 as an independent brokerage on the floor of the New York Mercantile Exchange. Since then, SCS has expanded to cover futures and options across multiple markets including NYMEX, CME Globex, ICE, and the DME. SCS is now the largest independent floor and OTC energy broker and executes
millions of dollars worth of energy commodities each day.
SCS serves a diverse group of customers including physical energy producers, banks and funds. Our diverse customer base allows us to provide risk management and execution of high volume trades including blocks, intercommodity spreads, and complex options strategies. Many of our brokers have over 20 years experience in energy futures and options and are highly desired for their knowledge of market trends and technical analysis. Evaristo Stanziale, a founding partner of SCS, is a frequent guest contributor on CNBC.
